Founded in 1939, the association offers industry expertise and market research serving press and others seeking information about the industry. For more than 30 years, InfoComm International has administered the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) program, which is recognized worldwide as the leading AV professional credential. CTS certificate professionals are expected to demonstrated a high standard of ethics and conduct, and to deliver performance based on an open, tested, clear set of industry standards. CTS certification shows a commitment to being the best in the AV field, and demonstrates a top level of competency and experience. CTS certification is ANSI accredited under the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) ISO/IEC 17024 General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification Schemes of Persons program.

BICSI, Corporate Member

BICSI is a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry with information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies.  BICSI  serves more than 23,000 ITS professionals, including designers, installers and technicians. These individuals provide the fundamental infrastructure for telecommunications, audio/video, and life safety and automation systems. Through courses, conferences, publications and professional registration programs, BICSI staff and volunteers assist ITS professionals in delivering critical products and services, and offer opportunities for continual improvement and enhanced professional stature.

Communication Workers of America (CWA)

Atlantis Partners (CWA Union member) CWA represents over 700,000 men and women across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. CWA members work in telecommunications, broadcasting, cable TV, journalism, publishing, manufacturing, airlines, customer service, government service, health care, education and other fields. With over 10,000 members in New York State and Long Island, CWA represents the highest trained, professional and hardest working telecommunications technicians in the region. We believe in workplace safety, so that our members make it home to their families at the end of each day.
